Welcome to The Vue Residences & Beach club

Vue Residences & Beach Club is located at 2001 – 2011 North Ocean Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  We are two 16 – story towers and private cabana beach club.  Vue Residences is a moderate – sized community comprised of 157 condominiums and 23 cabanas including one, two and three bedroom units.  A security guard staffs the lobby 24 hours a day, seven days a week and valet parking is also available.  The amenities include 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, gym, sports lounge and party room.

 

This vibrant community is conveniently located with easy access to exceptional area amenities including dining, shopping, golf, full service yacht marinas, the finest hotels and three major airports.

 

The Association is managed by Miami Management, Inc.  The property is managed by an experience staff and licensed Community Association Manager handling all of the day to day operations of the community.

 

In addition, Vue Residences & Beach Club belongs to two neighborhood organizations, Central Beach Alliance and The Lauderdale Beach Association.  Central Beach Alliance is an organization made up of residential and commercial properties all along Fort Lauderdale Beach.  Every month, Central Beach Alliance meets to discuss the important information pertaining to Fort Lauderdale that may have an impact on our community.  The Lauderdale Beach Association is comprised of local authorities giving the surrounding beach communities (from the North side of the Galt Ocean Mile and ending at the Vue) additional security and up to date information regarding life, safety and future projects.
